A guide to the five Pure Perks flavours

By Pure Perks ยท

Compare Banana, Mango, Chocolate, Coffee and Vanilla by their listed ingredients, then choose the flavours you want to explore.

Choosing a Pure Perks flavour can start with the ingredients you enjoy. The five options share an oat smoothie premix base, while the flavour ingredients differ. This guide helps you compare the range without treating a flavour name as a complete description of what is inside.

Banana Bliss and Mango Muse

Banana Bliss lists banana powder alongside instant oats and soya protein isolate. Mango Muse uses mango powder in its ingredient list. These are useful starting points if you want to explore the fruit-flavoured options.

Fruit imagery and flavour names do not replace the complete ingredient list. Both variants also list guar gum, chia seeds, sucralose and flavouring. Review the current product details before choosing, especially if an ingredient matters to you.

Choco Crush, Coffee Kick and Vanilla Velvet

Choco Crush lists cocoa powder and milk powder. Coffee Kick lists milk powder, instant coffee powder and chicory powder. Vanilla Velvet lists milk powder and vanilla flavouring. Each also includes the shared oat and soya protein ingredients.

These ingredient differences give you a concrete way to choose your first mix. A name such as Coffee Kick does not establish a measured caffeine amount, and this guide does not assign one.

Read the shared details too

All five reviewed ingredient lists include instant oats, soya protein isolate, guar gum, chia seeds, sucralose and flavouring. Sucralose is listed as the sweetener. Check the full pack declaration rather than assuming that a flavour is unsweetened.

The reviewed allergen statement identifies oats and soy, plus milk for Vanilla, Chocolate and Coffee. It also says the products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts and gluten-containing cereals. Do not infer a dairy-free or gluten-free guarantee from a flavour name or from the liquid you add.

Make your own comparison

Choose a few flavours, prepare each using the same quantity of liquid, and note which you prefer. The preparation guide gives the reviewed mixing directions. Our label-reading guide explains how to keep serving size and ingredients in view while comparing packs.

You can choose a single flavour from the shop or use Build Your Own Box to select an available mix. Follow the first-box guide for the selection steps and check the builder for current stock and prices.
